Local Tax



  • A local tax was introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014.
  • The tax is payable per person, per night, to the accommodation provider. The amount of local tax payable is determined by the category of the establishment, in our case it is € 2,70 per person, per night.
  • Children and adolescents below the age of 14 are exempt from this fee.
  • The local tax will be due on your departure day and will be indicated separately on your bill.

You can look forward to many inclusive services that will make your holiday at the Falatschhof in Glorenza all the better.

  • homemade apple juice and jam/marmalade as a welcome gift will be waiting for you in your apartment
  • breakfast cest on request (7 homemade products)
  • fee WiFi access in the entire building
  • free use of the washing machine
  • free bike hire
  • e-bike hire
  • free snowshoe and toboggan hire
  • free access to newspapers, books and games
  • use of the barbecue area and playground

General Rental Conditions

  • Reservation: Your rental agreement with us comes into effect as soon as the agreed deposit (arrangement fee) has been paid.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel up to 4 weeks of your scheduled arrival date, we shall keep the agreed deposit.
    If you cancel within 4 weeks of your scheduled arrival date, the cancellation fee shall be 100% of your booking price.
    In the case of a ‘no show’ on your part, or if you choose to leave us in advance, the total price for the planned duration of your stay shall be payable.
    If you are unable to join us on your holiday, please let us know as soon as possible.
